iNR^TM
iNR™ examine the environment for differences between speech levels versus the noise level  as well as the input level of the noise to calculate the optimal amount of noise reduction needed. In addition, iNR™ examines the frequency content of the input and applies varying degrees of reduction based on the hearing loss in specified regions.

Adaptive Directionality
featuring DIRECTIONALfocus™, FlexiFocus and Focused Null Steering. Directionality is a clinically proven technology for improving communication in the presence of background noise. Directionality in Hearing aids use a special microphone that will only pick up sounds coming from one direction. These microphone are build into the hearing aids facing forward giving you the ability to communicate with people when facing them. Adaptive Directionality monitors the environment continuously for speech and noise and will automatically switch between surround sound mode and directional mode. Velocity offer you three different Adaptive Directional systems that allows you to focus on the conversation in front of you and not the distracting noise behind you—whether you are talking with one person in a meeting, or with a large group at a restaurant.

Universal Listening Programme
In addition to providing you with multiple listening programs for different environments, Velocity also offers a single, Universal listening program for users who prefer a simpler approach. Through this Universal listening program, Velocity reduces the need to adjust your hearing aid every time your listening environment changes. Simply turn your hearing aid on and go.

Feedback Cancellation
If you currently wear hearing aids, or you know an
individual that wears hearing aids, chances are you’ve heard them whistle or squeal. Velocity offers a superior technology that removes this “squeal,” also called “feedback,” through an advanced feedback cancellation technology that operates in two separate modes simultaneously. When activated, this technology ensures that you and those around you are not annoyed or distracted by feedback.
