Helpful hints
It is recommended that you remove the battery and leave the battery door open when the instrument is not in use. This will prolong the life of the batteries and also help with moisture problems that can occur with a full days use. It is important not to use the battery door as a handle to insert or remove your instrument. This can result in expensive repairs if the battery hinge pin in forced and removed from the faceplate.

• DO NOT throw or drop your hearing aids.
• DO NOT immerse your hearing aid in liquid or water.
• DO NOT wear during bathing, showering, swimming or in environments with excessive humidity or heavy rain.
• DO NOT expose hearing aids to excessive heat such as stovetops, microwaves, a hot car or hair dryer.
• DO NOT expose hearing aids to chemicals such as, hair spray, insect repellents, perfume or cosmetics.

	Special Note: These instruments are built with the finest quality materials. However, in rare instances, an individual may experience sensitivity to the materials used. Please consult with your physician if you exhibit any signs of skin irritation, allergic reaction, or accelerated accumulation of cerumen (wax). Should you have a sensitivity, please ask your hearing care professional about hypoallergenic coatings available to assist with these situations.
